Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KLAV, you agree to these Terms. KLAV is a learning portal: you must be at least 16 years old, and if you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. KLAV is a product of Zoviti; references to "we", "us" or "Zoviti" mean the operator of KLAV. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KLAV is an AI-powered mock-interview practice tool. An AI plays the role of an interviewer for machine-coding and system-design rounds, responds to your work in real time, and generates a scored debrief. KLAV is a practice and learning aid only. It is not a real interview, recruiter, employer, or assessment service, and it does not guarantee any job, interview outcome, or result.

Sign-in is handled through our identity provider using Google, Microsoft, or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

"Your content" means the messages, code, diagrams, and other material you submit during a session. You retain ownership of your content. You grant KLAV a limited license to store, process, and transmit it as needed to operate the service, including sending it to our LLM provider to generate interviewer responses and feedback (see Section 6). Do not submit content you are not allowed to share, including another party's confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted material.

The interviewer responses, scores, and feedback are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. They are provided for practice purposes only and are not professional, career, hiring, or legal advice, and are not a prediction of how any real interview will go. Use your own judgment and do not rely on KLAV as a guarantee of any outcome.

KLAV relies on third-party providers to operate, including large language model (LLM) providers to generate interviewer responses and feedback, an authentication provider, and a cloud hosting provider. Your use of KLAV is also subject to those providers' processing of the data necessary to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.

• Do not use KLAV to cheat in, or gain an unfair advantage during, any live interview, exam, or assessment.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models or prompts.
• Do not use KLAV for anything unlawful or to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the service or other users.

KLAV, the KLAV name and logo, the interface, and the problem catalog are owned by Zoviti and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software except the right to use the service as intended.

KLAV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoviti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by updating the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
