Privacy Policy

This policy explains what KLAV (a product of Zoviti) collects, how we use it, and the third parties involved. By using KLAV you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

• Account information: your name, email address, and avatar, provided through our sign-in provider when you log in with Google, Microsoft, or email.
• Interview content: the messages, code, and diagrams you submit during a session, the AI's responses, and the generated feedback and scores.
• Usage and technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service (for example, request timing and errors).

• To provide the service: run your interview sessions, generate interviewer responses and feedback, and show your past interviews.
• To secure, maintain, debug, and improve KLAV.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

To generate interviewer responses and feedback, your interview content is sent to our large language model (LLM) provider for processing. We also use an authentication provider to sign you in and a cloud hosting provider for hosting and storage. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service and are subject to their own terms and security commitments.

We do not use your interview content to train AI models. Some of these providers may process data in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Your account and interview history are retained while your account is active so you can revisit them. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data; we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

KLAV is a learning portal intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
